【摘要】:1ThispartofISO1874establishesasystemofdesignationforpolyamide(PA)thermoplasticmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.ItcoverspolyamidehomopolymersformouldingandextrusionbasedonPA6,PA66,PA69,PA610,PA812,PA11,PA12,PAMXD6,PA46,PA1212andcopolyamidesofvariouscompositionsformouldingandextrusion.2Thetypesofpolyamideplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)viscositynumber,b)tensilemodulusofelasticityandc)presenceofnucleatingagent,andoninformationaboutchemicalstructure,intendedapplication,methodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colour,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3Thedesignationsystemisapplicabletoallpolyamidehomopolymersandcopolymers.Itsappliestoma-terialsreadyfornormaluse,unmodifiedandmodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,reinforcingmaterials,polymermodifiers,etc.ThispartofISO1874doesnotapplytomonomercasting-typepolyamidesofPA6andPA12.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameper-formance.ThispartofISO1874doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofISO1874,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationorreproducibleprocessing,ad-ditionalrequirementsmaybegiveninDataBlock5(seeclause3).

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforthematerials,design,construction,prototypetestingandroutinemanufacturinginspectionsofcompositegascylindersforcompressed,liquefiedanddissolvedgases.NOTE1ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,theword“cylinder”includestubes(seamlesstransportablepressurereceptaclesofawatercapacityexceeding150litresandofnotmorethan3000litres).ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocylindersthatcomprisealinerofmetallicmaterial(weldedorseamless)ornon-metallicmaterial(oramixturethereof),reinforcedbyawoundcompositeconsistingoffibresofglass,carbonoraramid(oramixturethereof)embeddedinamatrix.ThisEuropeanStandardisalsoapplicabletocompositecylinderswithoutliners.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletogascylinderswhicharepartiallycoveredwithfibresandcommonlycalled"hoopwrapped"cylinders.Forhoopwrappedcompositecylinders,seeEN12257.NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotaddressthedesign,fittingandperformanceofremovableprotectivesleeves.Wherethesearefitted,theyshouldbeconsideredseparately.ThisEuropeanStandardisprimarilyforindustrialgasesotherthanLPGbutmayalsobeappliedtoLPG.NOTE3FordedicatedLPGcylinders,seeEN14427.
