【摘要】:Gaschromatographywithsulfurselectivedetectionprovidesarapidmeanstoidentifyandquantifysulfurcompoundsinvariouspetroleumfeedsandproducts.Oftenthesematerialscontainvaryingamountsandtypesofsulfurcompounds.Manysulfurcompoundsareodorous,corrosivetoequipment,andinhibitordestroycatalystsemployedindownstreamprocessing.Theabilitytospeciatesulfurcompoundsinvariouspetroleumliquidsisusefulincontrollingsulfurcompoundsinfinishedproductsandisfrequentlymoreimportantthanknowledgeofthetotalsulfurcontentalone.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofvolatilesulfur-containingcompoundsinlightpetroleumliquids.Thistestmethodisapplicabletodistillates,gasolinemotorfuels(includingthosecontainingoxygenates)andotherpetroleumliquidswithafinalboilingpointofapproximately230x00B0;C(450x00B0;F)orloweratatmosphericpressure.Theapplicableconcentrationrangewillvarytosomeextentdependingonthenatureofthesampleandtheinstrumentationused;however,inmostcases,thetestmethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofindividualsulfurspeciesatlevelsof0.1to100mg/kg.1.2Thetestmethoddoesnotpurporttoidentifyallindividualsulfurcomponents.Detectorresponsetosulfurislinearandessentiallyequimolarforallsulfurcompoundswithinthescope(1.1)ofthistestmethod;thusbothunidentifiedandknownindividualcompoundsaredetermined.However,manysulfurcompounds,forexample,hydrogensulfideandmercaptans,arereactiveandtheirconcentrationinsamplesmaychangeduringsamplingandanalysis.Coincidently,thetotalsulfurcontentofsamplesisestimatedfromthesumoftheindividualcompoundsdetermined;however,thistestmethodisnotthepreferredmethodfordeterminationoftotalsulfur.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThistestmethoddetailsthecalibrationandtestingproceduresandnecessaryadditionaltemperatureinstrumentationrequiredinapplyingTestMethodC1363tomeasurethethermaltransmittanceoffenestrationsystemsmountedverticallyinthethermalchamber.4.2Thethermaltransmittanceofatestspecimenisaffectedbyitssizeandthree-dimensionalgeometry.Caremustbeexercisedwhenextrapolatingtoproductsizessmallerorlargerthanthetestspecimen.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatfenestrationsystemsbetestedattherecommendedsizesspecifiedinPracticeE1423orNFRC100.Sincebothtemperatureandsurfaceheattransfercoefficientconditionsaffectresults,useofrecommendedconditionswillassistinreducingconfusioncausedbycomparingresultsoftestsperformedunderdissimilarconditions.StandardizedtestconditionsfordeterminingthethermaltransmittanceoffenestrationsystemsarespecifiedinPracticeE1423andSection6.2.Theperformanceofatestspecimenmeasuredatstandardizedtestconditionsispotentiallydifferentthantheperformanceofthesamefenestrationproductwheninstalledinthewallofabuildinglocatedoutdoors.Standardizedtestconditionsoftenrepresentextremesummerorwinterdesignconditions,whicharepotentiallydifferentthantheaverageconditionstypicallyexperiencedbyafenestrationproductinstalledinanexteriorwall.Forthepurposeofcomparison,itisessentialtocalibratewithsurfaceheattransfercoefficientsontheCalibrationTransferStandard(CTS)whichareascloseaspossibletotheconventionallyacceptedvaluesforbuildingdesign;however,thisprocedurecanbeusedatotherconditionsforresearchpurposesorproductdevelopment.Simiarly,itwouldbedesirabletohaveasurroundpanelthatcloselyduplicatestheactualwallwherethefenestrationsystemwouldbeinstalled.SincetherearesuchawidevarietyoffenestrationsystemopeningsinNorthAmericanresidential,commercialandindustrialbuildings,itisnotfeasibletoselectatypicalsurroundpanelconstructionforinstallingthefenestrationsystemtestspecimen.Furthermore,forhighresistancefenestrationsystemsinstalledinfenestrationopeningdesignsandconstructionsthathavethermalbridges,thelargerelativeamountofheattransferthroughthethermalbridgewillcausetherelativelysmallamountofheattransferthroughthefenestrationsystemtohavealargerthandesirableerror.Forthisreason,theCalibrationTransferStandardandtestspecimenareinstalledinahomogeneoussurroundpanelconstructedfrommaterialshavingarelativelyhighthermalresistance.Installingthetestspecimeninarelativelyhighthermalresistancesurroundpanelplacesthefocusofthetestonthefenestrationsystemthermalperformancealone.Therefore,itisimportanttorecognizethatthethermaltransmittanceresultsobtainedfromthistestmethodareforideallaboratoryconditions,andshouldonlybeusedforfenestrationproductcomparisonsunlessthethermalbridgeeffectsthathavethepotentialtooccurduetothespecificdesignandconstructionofthefenestrationsystemopeningareincludedintheanalysis.4.5Thistestmethoddoesnotincludeprocedurestodeterminetheheatflowduetoeitherairmovementthroughthespecimenorsolarradiationeffects.Asaconsequence,thethermaltransmittanceresultsobtaineddonotreflectperformancesthatmaybeexpectedfromfieldinstallations.Itispossibletousetheresultsfromthistestmethodasinputtoannualenergyperformanceanalyseswhichincludesolar,andairleakageeffectstogetabetterestimateofhowthetestspecimenwouldperformwheninstalledinanactualbuilding.TodeterminetheSolarHeatGainCoefficientoffenestrationproducts,refertoNFRC200.Todetermineairleakagefor......
