【摘要】:ISO16137:2006specifiesrequirementsforthedesign,functionalcharacteristicsandmanufactureofcheckvalvesmadeofthermoplasticsmaterialsintendedtoallowtheflowofliquidfluidsthroughthevalveinonedirectiononlyandtopreventbackflow,theirconnectiontothepipesystem,thebodymaterialsandtheirpressure/temperatureratingbetween-40degreesCelsiusand+120degreesCelsius,foralifetimeof25years,andalsospecifiestheirtests.ISO16137:2006isapplicabletovalvestobeinstalledinindustrialpipesystems,irrespectiveofthefieldofapplicationandthefluidstobeconveyed.ItisconcernedwiththerangeofDN8,DN10,DN15,DN20,DN25,DN40,DN50,DN65,DN80,DN100,DN125,DN150,DN200,DN250,DN300,DN350,DN400,DN500andDN600,andtherangeofPN6,PN10,PN16,PN25,andClass150andClass300.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO14855specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheultimateaerobicbiodegradabilityofplastics,basedonorganiccompounds,undercontrolledcompostingconditionsbymeasurementoftheamountofcarbondioxideevolvedandthedegreeofdisintegrationoftheplasticattheendofthetest.Thismethodisdesignedtosimulatetypicalaerobiccompostingconditionsfortheorganicfractionofsolidmixedmunicipalwaste.Thetestmaterialisexposedtoaninoculumwhichisderivedfromcompost.Thecompostingtakesplaceinanenvironmentwhereintemperature,aerationandhumidityarecloselymonitoredandcontrolled.Thetestmethodisdesignedtoyieldthepercentageconversionofthecarboninthetestmaterialtoevolvedcarbondioxideaswellastherateofconversion.Subclauses8.6and8.7specifyavariantofthemethod,usingamineralbed(vermiculite)inoculatedwiththermophilicmicroorganismsobtainedfromcompostwithaspecificactivationphase,insteadofmaturecompost.Thisvariantisdesignedtoyieldthepercentageofcarboninthetestsubstanceconvertedtocarbondioxideandtherateofconversion.TheconditionsdescribedinthispartofISO14855maynotalwayscorrespondtotheoptimumconditionsforthemaximumdegreeofbiodegradationtooccur.
