【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefollowingfourtestmethodsforthedeterminationofthehygroscopicmoisturecontentoftestsamples:Method1—Gravimetricmethod;Method2—KarlFischervolumetricmethod;Method3—KarlFischercoulometricmethod;Method4—Mass-lossmethod.Anyofthesemethodsisapplicablewherevertheanalyticalvalueofachemicalconstituentistobecalculatedtoadriedsamplebasisinthefollowingoretypes.a)Processedorescontainingmetalliciron(directreducediron).b)Naturalorprocessedoresinwhichthesulfurcontentisgreaterthan0,2%(massfraction).c)Naturalorprocessedoresinwhichthecombinedwaterisgreaterthan2,5%(massfraction).Anyofthesemethodsisapplicabletoaconcentrationrangeof0,05%(massfraction)to4,5%(massfraction)hygroscopicmoisture.NOTE1Wherethereportablemoisturecontentofacommercialconsignmentoforeisrequired,theprocedureinISO3087isused.NOTE2Withnaturalorprocessedoresoutsidethefieldofapplicationspecifiedina),b)orc),adeterminationofaconstituentatanylevelofconcentrationmaybeconductedusinganyofthesemethods,orasspecifiedinISO7764.NOTE3Alternatively,thelossorignitioncontentmaybemeasuredasanestimateofthecombinedwatercontent.
